ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring all user experience touchpoints are optimized.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand customer needs.
- Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and workflows effectively.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with user requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing, striving for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to projects.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them grow professionally.

Recruitment Process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably with experience in a senior or lead role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, including both web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design solutions.
- Strong prototyping skills using tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging, user-friendly experiences.
