Product Design Process
Product Design has design thinking at its core. That’s why we follow the due process to deliver a better Product Design. Leveraging on the problem-solving methodology that focuses on the user’s needs rather than the product’s specifications.

Empathize
This is the most crucial stage of the product design phase. We start with market research to know more about the users that are going to use your final product by understanding their wants, needs, goals, industry and objectives.
After this, we think in their terms and what works best for them in real time level, psychology and emotionally level. To achieve all of that we involve the organization departments to share their feedbacks via user interviews, body and brainstorming and then we create empathy & customer journey maps to identify their journey inside the product.

Define
Once we’re done gathering insights, we will jump to the next step of the process which is design thinking. In this process we identify the problems and pain points that users might face while using the product and what works best for them.
We then create personas defining different user scenarios based on different user conditions and create problem statements to define the exact problems that they are facing and then come with a user centered solution. We also carry out an internal and external product workshop to discuss what we have gathered and what would be the best solution to carry things forward

Ideate
At this phase, our designers employ their creativity and initiative having a clear understanding of the problem to be solved.

The “Ideate” phase in the Design Thinking process is where the magic happens. Designers will hold ideation sessions in order to come up with varying ideas and perspectives.
Different ideation techniques designers might use include mind mapping, brainstorming, roleplaying, and more. These techniques help our designers to explore new options and come up with outstanding results.

Prototype
At this phase, the designers turn the ideas into a basic scaled-down version of the product to test and highlight any improvements that can be occur.
This phase also helps to test each solution and highlight constraints and flaws if any. During the prototype phase, Continuous improvements are done on the product through design sprints and recurrent feedbacks.

Test
When satisfied with the prototype, the next step of the Design Thinking process is the testing stage. In this phase, we invite different users to test the design solutions to determine their viability. This is a continuous process as we keep looking out for areas that we might improve the user interface and user experience stage and then optimize accordingly.
